I'm not sure as a non competitor I qualify to comment fully, but I do think the series would work better as a mixture of races, i.e. 3 Scratch races and 2 Handicaps or similar. I think the response and enjoyment of the riders at the Sth Division Scratch Races has shown that they are popular. While this years IC was quite successful, the 2 Division concept probable needs refining,ie. someone like Adam Lambert should have been able to be moved to DIV 2 once he was getting smashed in DIV1, similary a new strong rider who does well in DIV 2 should be able to be moved back.
