Entries can be taken between 7.30 am & 8.30am Saturday and Sunday mornings at the race sites for Elite, Expert and Under 19’s.
Between 9am & 11am for all open categories. No entries after 11am on either day
Directions
Cross Country (XCO): "Twin Falls" - Throsby Road Fitzroy Falls.
Short Course (XCC): "Bong Bong Race Track - Kangaloon Road, East Bowral. Directions: Bong Bong race track is located 5.6km east of Bowral along Kangaloon Road. Coming from Bowral the track is on the right hand side of the road and entry is via the Bong Bong Picnic Horse Racing Track gates. Marshalls will be in attendance and signage present. Please take care as there is a crest of a hill not far from the turning point. Please see map below.

6. Presentation: During the event approximately 20 minutes after the completion of each race pending confirmation of results by timekeepers
7. Registration
Opens at 7.30am on both race days.
Riders are encouraged to pre-enter the events online.
Riders must register no later than 30 minutes before the start of their race.
Late entries on the day will incur an additional $5 charge.
All riders must present a current MTBA license or purchase a day license.
8. Teams Trophy Entries for the teams trophy will be taken on the day.
9. Accommodation
There is no camping available at Bong Bong Racecourse.
Cabins are available at Twin Falls and there is limited camping available. Twin Falls Bush Cabins 4887 7333
Portable toilets are available at both sites but there are no showers.

10. Marketplace The event marketplace will include Pro-shops, Coffee Van, BBQ- cold drinks, displays, entertainment and toilets
